Hi,
I my ups has recently started showing that the comms is lost.
I have check network cables etc still have no control online.
Can you please help as I recently purchased a 3year licence to monitor the ups which now is off no use.

Thanks for the reply.
I have tried as advised and still have the same issue. we have 2 other UPS the same and all running V18.0 (1015). all on the same network.
