Hi:
I installed a new APC UPS SMT1500RM2UNC. It has a network card that I connected to my network. I can see it on the network and ping its IP, which it must have obtained via DHCP. However, when I enter the IP into a browser tab, it responds: Hmmm ... can't reach this page. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx refused to connect.
Also, it's not accepting telnet connection.
How to connect to UPS so I can manage it?
Thank you.

What network card is installed into the unit and is it brand new vs used? If this is a brand new AP9640 / 41 NMC.
Insure you use HTTPS vs HTTP.

Hi IT_Tro,
if you have connected the UPS through the SmartConnect port (you recognize it because it's super green with a Cloud icon), then you won't have any Web UI, as you need to use smartconnect.apc.com portal to manage it.
If, instead, you installed/have preinstalled a dedicated NMC card in the slot, you should connect to that.
Attached a picture with highlighted the 2 Eth ports.
Have a nice day!
