I've regrettably locked myself out of my PDU and can't log back in. I've used the following instructions to reset my password: https://www.schneider-electric.us/en/faqs/FA156075/, and many other forum suggestions. While consoled in and hit the reset button sequence, I get all the lights on my PDU and my CLI will freeze (Probably the PDU thinking), and I get a prompt for User Name then Password after hitting the enter button. After typing apc, apc, the prompts still return.
I've tried the button sequence hundreds of times, but I'm still locked out. I've had success resetting my UPS password in the same manner. I'm wondering if anybody has any other suggestions or if I should just contact support directly (Not sure if this device is covered with support).
Here is my prompt, if it helps:

Unfortunately still have not got it to work. I'm using the console cable that the PDU was shipped with and also tried with a used console cable. Still getting the same results with speed at 9600 bps, no parity, one stopbit, and 8 data bits.

You need to be connected to them via the serial cable (APC part 940-0144) / console. Press the reset button and as soon as the status lights start flashing green/orange, press the reset button again, then press Enter on the keyboard until you get a prompt from the unit. The login username/password then is apc/apc.
the initial button press should be for 10 seconds or so
You will need to set the speed to 9600 bps, no parity, one stopbit, and 8 data bits, with no hardware or software flow control. It works an absolute treat, haven't had a single problem with it.
