I have 9 APC UPSes, with most of them on Windows boxes running PowerChute. I just moved one to another PC, and installed PowerChute. The boxes that normally report the remaining battery run time are not showing up - just thin grey bars at the top of where the grey reporting boxes are (see screenshot - just below the Default / Apply / Cancel buttons). Any ideas? I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling PowerChute.

Stu,
The image you provided looks like the data is being cut off. Have you attempted to attach the UPS to another system that is running PowerChute and displaying the proper information? If the UPS display the proper information on another system that indicates the issue is with the computer display.

Hi,
Check the system display settings? Is high contract display mode enabled?
Graphics: Resolution of 960 by 768 or greater with 32-bit colors and the DPI should be 96.

1920x1080 on a 24" monitor, 32-bit color. Just a normal display, not high contrast(?).
I don't think it has anything to do with the display - it's that the software isn't displaying information. Could it not be receiving the information properly from the UPS? However, the software seems to install and run without any alert that there is any problem communicating with the UPS.
