I'm getting inundated with emails about the battery I already know needs to be replaced and want to change the frequency of the notification emails. Apparently the web interface is the place to do this. Unfortunately I can't get in on either https://server:3052 or https://server:6547. IE already has EPS disabled and the FQDN of the server is added as a trusted site. Both the server and agent services are running.
Any ideas crew?
Thanks!

So you are trying to access it from a remote machine or locally just so we know? Have you tried to restart the agent service? Do you have the "Console" portion of PCBE installed anywhere? You might be able to do some configuration from there too but now that I think of it, that might just be SMTP as a whole on/off.
Could you also share the error message you get in the browser just to be sure that does not give an inkling on what the issue is? Are you able to try a different browser?
Lastly, it should be http://
