Hello All,
I have AP9631 network cards installed in smart-ups 1500 devices around the country. As with most appliances, I can ping/browse any device with an IP address from corporate office (servers/switches/firewalls/web filters/whatever....) But NOT the AP9631
with these network cards I can ping, but cannot browse from another subnet. So I have to remote desktop into a server on that subnet, and then browse to the IP of the management card. Very annoying and time consuming.
Any workarounds? (I'm on hold (for ten minutes) with someone in India and I suspect they have no idea about this)
Thanks!

can you telnet/ssh or FTP? basically besides ping, can you access the card in any other manner over the network (besides trying web)? i am not sure how this could be the card's fault unless things are configured on different ports or the IP/MAC of the card is being blocked somehow for certain types of traffic or there is a VLAN/subnet issue preventing this.

I will investigate that and get back to you. I just wanted to make sure that other people can remotely manage these devices (that it is not disable "on purpose")
thx
