After replacing all 4 batteries in Symmetra LX, we found out that
1) a red light blinks on one of IM,
2) a fan does not rotate at a full speed in one power module.
We tried to resolve the situation and
1) removed the fault PM
2) replaced the fault IM with RIM when in Maintenance Bypass mode.
Of course, we got the UPS turned off.
After that, we can not return from the bypass mode (due to overload or fault).
Attached are files with dumps and logs.
Please, help.

Hello Igor, apologies for the delayed response on this. Typically when you have any kind of an issue with a Symmetra you should be contacting tech support before removing any questionable parts. The reason being is that the faults generated could be the result of something else in the system.
The logs that you provided show a redundant IM fault. The type of fault that it shows could actually be related to the main IM, though.
Is the system still in Maintenance Bypass? If so, could you capture the readings from the "Status" menu on the display? Please do this with the main IM installed. Once you have done that, disconnect the main IM and let the redundant IM take control. Then capture the same data again. You can attach those logs here or email them to me directly to look at.

Hi David,
thanks for your reply.
We disconnected and then connected back all system modules several times in different succession and have now a quite new situation.
The system is not in the bypass module but is functioning in a very strange way (see an attached zubbix report screenshot on the runtime on batteries).
There are several new errors in the log files we never had before the batteries replacing (e.g., An internal communication bus fault exists).
Please, find several files attached.
Best,
Igor
