COM BATT CABLE for battery pack
UPS - SRT8KXLT (firmware 15.0 latest)
Battery pack - SRT192RMBP2
I bought an additional battery pack and connected it to the UPS. However, the UPS does not see it. Having started to understand the problem, it turned out that another 4-pin cable was needed. Can you tell me where to buy it or the article. Thank you

thanks for the answer. I contacted support and honestly, I was a little shocked by the situation. It turns out that the blue cable (4 pins) used to connect the battery pack to the UPS is sold only in a bundle. That is, when buying SRT8KXLT and SRT192RMBP2 as a bundle. If you bought these devices separately, then the blue cable does not come with any of them. I want to remind you that without the blue cable, the UPS does not see the connected battery pack. And although the battery pack is charging, the UPS does not show the level of charge / discharge, battery life etc.
Support replied that they did not have this blue cable in stock. And they offered to buy a set of cables for $440 (SRT003). Of which I only need one $2 blue cable. Sounds like bullying. If I want to connect a second battery pack after a while, I will need another blue cable, which I will have to buy for $440.
I bought the car for $200,000, but I need to buy the steering wheel separately as part of a set of cloths and wipes for another $5,000. I bought a washing machine, but the control unit is sold separately. In pursuit of gold, APC lost all common sense.
