Hi,
We have not supported PowerChute Personal Edition on Mac OSX since the release of 10.4.7 The uninstall instruction available in the knowledge base are the only documentation we have. If you have followed step 2 and files still remain you should search the system for PowerChute to see what files may have been left behind.
