Building power harmonics problem caused by SRT1000XLA

We have been having  problems in our building (electronic equipment behaving strangely),  which turned out to be a harmonics problem. We found out that the problem is being caused by our SRT1000XLA. If we unplug this unit, the harmonics problem goes away.

This SRT1000XLA was purchased in August of 2020, so it's less than a year old.

Is this unit faulty?
