I have a Back-UPS ES 600M1
All i have plugged into it is my PC and 3d Printer.
Any time Im running my printer and using my PC heavily the UPS begins beeping, a steady non stop beep. Power is still on in the home, it is not running on battery.
I noticed in power chute this happens any time the perceived energy usage exceeds 330 watts.
I cannot find any options in power chute to disable this beeping. I have notifications sounds DISABLED as well all alarms DISABLED. neither option effects this.
I need to be able to turn this beeping off, the backup is worthless as is.

So the unit cannot have that much power passing through it? even if its not providing battery backup at the time?

Hi,
The reason for the beeping is the unit is being overloaded. That warning cannot be disable as it is considered critical. To resolve the issue you should remove the printer from the UPS to prevent the UPS from being overloaded.
