Hello,
I have a SRT 10kW that gives the error "Battery temperature sensor error for battery pack 1" .
What can be the issue?
The UPS has firmware: ID:1014 UPS:04.7

Provide the following logs from the system: Event, Data, UPS. Upload a screen capture of the About tab for the NMC & UPS.
Complete this procedure as outlined in this APC Video FAQ relating to the SRT and report back the results.

If the problem remains after the brain dead procedure then remove the RBC and power cycle the system and report back if the active fault is gone and replaced (only) with a battery disconnected / missing fault.
