Hi All,
This is second time, I get battery pack disconnection alert from ups.
Please help to suggest that how to fix this issue

Hi John -
I would first try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery pack to ensure that there is a solid connection. If that does not resolve the issue, I would suggest upgrading the firmware on the UPS. When you perform the upgrade make sure the battery pack is physically connected. Firmware files and directions can be found here:
