Battery Disconnected on Agent

Hi

Smart UPS-750. SMT750i.

Recently started getting this;

PowerChute Business Edition has detected the following event: Battery Disconnected on Agent...

Log here. Seems started happening after self test.

There is only a Dell server connected to the unit.

There is audible tone as well. Lights on unit here.

No changes to configuration. Worked fine when bought new.

What can we do to fix this?

Good day to you. There are several reasons why the UPS will show this indicator lights. But based on the picture you attached, the red LED above the bad battery icon is flashing. If that is the case, the UPS is not detecting the internal batteries. Would you be able to verify the serial number of the UPS and also if you have replaced the battery of the unit before?

You can also check the battery voltage on the Powerchute Interface. The cause of this problem can be the UPS or just the battery alone.

please check your battery voltages either batteries not support your ups, if batteries are fine . then check its connections of batteries that all terminals are tight. then connect your batteries with ups the error will disappear.
