Dear Sirs
first i would like to thank you all very much for this helpfull forum.

We purchased APC UPS (Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL) 3 years ago , i needed to change the battary as recommendation from your forum tech support,
before we replace the battary i used to monitor runtime 1.30 hour through the web interface , after replacing the battary with new one and fully charged i got low reading 45 minutes , i added external battary pack ( APC Smart-UPS RT 192V Battary Pack ) after installation and the battary pack fully charged , i'm still getting reading 45 minutes
do i have to do any step to get the right reading ? like (Start Runtime Calibration)
kindly advise
