BR1300G Issues with Drivers & Powerchute Business Edition

Even though the APC website listed Personal Powerchute for downloading with my new BR1300G I discovered I needed Business Edition.
I Still have a few issues:

1. When I go into Device Manager, the driver is listed as APC UPS, and driver is 11/3/2009 version 1.2.0.0.  There certainly must be a newer driver for Windows 10 64-Bit?  It was 2006 before I installed Powerchute, so that is a little progress.
2. When I get into the Web Agent for Business Edition it tells me "Unknown UPS Model".  How do I rectify that?
3. When I click on unknown device in web agent it says: "Device Communications: Not established
4. Have not found much in the way of documentation for getting this straightened out.  Where do I start?

PowerChute Business Edition is not compatible with a Back-UPS BR1300G. If you do not want to run PowerChute Personal Edition you can try APCUPSD which is a free 3rd party app.
