Not much going on in these forums to get or give help. Am I in the wrong place? Maybe these forums are not where everyone goes? I posted a question two days ago and see many others that have never been acknowledged.
Before you tell me no one is obligated, I know how forums work but in a lively community, people are constantly responding because it's also a good way to learn.

We had a power failure and the load held fine. Why would the UPS keep saying it will not hold the load and restarting it fixed that?

Hi,
Not sure about a livelier forum. As for your initial post, Schneider Electric position is the only user replaceable part for most Smart-UPS is the battery cartridge and the cartridge should be an APC RBC. We understand users have other option and we do not mind when users share info on this forum. We however, will not comment on changing any other part.
BTW: The initial post appears to have had 35 views not including mine.

Thanks for your reply. I almost missed it. I'm not sure what you mean by replacing other parts. I replaced the cartridges and am trying to figure out why the UPS is not seeing the new batteries.

Mike,
I was referring to the fuse you mentioned. With rare exception would a Schneider rep comment on checking a fuse. In your case since the fuse is connected to the battery pack if you think the fuse is bad you should check it at your own discretion.
You should remove the battery pack from the UPS before testing.

Yes, I checked it. You can only check it by removing the battery pack. I thought maybe that could be a lead.
Since then, I've shut the power to the UPS, turned it off then back on and now the battery LEDs are full.
No idea if this means it's ok now since the batteries always say they are fully charged.
