Hi
In telnet i have the error - Indicates that the application is not compatible with the AOS.' due to the 'Status : P+ N+ A!' and i can't access it on the web, only telnet, and the display of the unit it's blank, and no butons function.
I tried to uprgade the firmware, but the problem doesn't dissapear. The same if a made a downgrade of the firmware.
the unit is working, but because of this i suspect that one of the other 8 units from the group have alarm - lost group communication. If i cleare the alarm it appears after 15 sec, and if i shutdown the unit from the main supply, the alarm appears to another unit.
Pls help me to find an AOS that is compatible with the application.
Thanks in advanced.

Hello.
The ACRC103 unit needs the application section of the firmware loaded for it to work right. You will see P+N+A+ when it is loaded properly.I have included a link to our website, where you can download the 373 firmware which is the newest version. I have also included a link to our knowledge base. If you search for "FA156047", this will pull up a document that will walk you through the upgrade process (use the NMC 1 instructions). If you choose to use the serial (XModem) method there are 2 changes to the document. First use a null modem cable and second, it is 9600 bits per second not 2400.
For the group communication alarm, if the unit that does not have the firmware loaded on it is in the group, then that is the cause of the group comm loss alarms. Getting the firmware on the unit so it is seen by the group again will cause the group comm loss alarms to clear. If you need any help upgrading the firmware you can call into our tech support lines (North America 888-695-6500 opt 2) and we can help you through the firmware upgrade.
Thank you

Hello.
If this is the case then the application is not loading properly. If you are just using the executable file to try and upload the firmware, try the ftp or XModem.
Thank you
