We have a large number of AP-7930 PDU's and I would like to be able to monitor the current consumption of each one, sending the "warning" and "critical" alarms to our NMS. Maybe I'm missing something, but so far I haven't been able to find any plugins that do this. In addition, an SNMP mib walk of the PDU doesn't seem to show power consumption. The units are AP7930 and the AOS version is 3.5.8. Any ideas?

Thanks. It helped a lot. A bit more searching, with the help of the "pwnet" string resulted in this:

these units only support providing amps but it does report it via SNMP.
you are also several firmware revisions behind - the latest is AOS 3.7.3 and rpdu APP 3.7.3. you can upgrade if you'd like. an update is on the apc.com website in the software and firmware version of the website.
i assume you have the powernet MIB from APC? [check out this knowledgebase for the OID for current|http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9431].
only our new Rack PDU 2G's monitor voltage, amps, kW and kWh.
hope that helps.
