WIB 8000 wont detect CRACs

I have just purchased a WIB8000 to connect my 5 existing C6000 units and two new C7000AT units. At present I am testing connecting only 1 C7000AT to the WIB however I cannot get it to detect the unit. Everything is set up correctly on the C7000. The documentation is very unclear on the WIB8000 regarding switch settings inside the WIB for BUS termination.

Has anyone successfully configured one of these? Any advice on switch settings and setup would be most appreciated.

I believe you are referring to Stulz HVAC equipment. I would contact them for further assistance.
