Yes, lights are flashing, too. I've been working with APC equipment for about 15 years. The fault is correct. Just never really looked into fixing the problem.

how do you know this? i assume some type of flashing LED pattern?
generally we just replace these so i am not sure on any repairs. you can try to reset the unit but in my experience it usually comes back. to do a braindead reset, turn off and unplug the unit from AC power. hold down the off (o) button until the unit clicks and/or you see the LEDs flash on the front panel. you can then reconnect it to AC power and turn it back on and see what you get.

I have a Powerview from a Symmetra hooked up. It says DC Imbalance Fault.
I've tried several things, including replacing the transformer with another. I have tons of APC equipment and have a lot of spare units and parts.

oh, generally with this on the SUA1500RM2U, you'd see some LEDs on the front panel flashing. is it not outputting power? i only ask because I am just wondering if the powerview is not reporting properly versus the Smart UPS actually having an issue.
