I have a SURT5000RMXL and i am getting an error saying warm start .The unit is running and has started doing this yesterday , and it happens very 20 min or so . The internal temp is at 20 deg . can any one tell me what may cause this ? There is a second identical unit in the same room and it also has this issue .

I assume you are seeing this on the network management card interface? It isn't referring to the temperature of the UPS, but rather to the network connection. You can find troubleshooting information in FAQ #FA156063, which you can access here: http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/index?page=content&id=FA156063
