Alarm Event: Unit Over Temp
Hello
We have a problem with new APC Smart-UPS 3000. When I turn on UPS show "Alarm Event: Unit Over Temp". On smartconnect portal is error UPS Fault (Error Code: P.04). Is there any solution for this problem?

Given this is a new piece of hardware covered under warranty. Please submit a service request with APC Technical Support.
Have on hand the serial number, purchase receipt, brief description of the problem / error code.
Please upload the following here for review and to your service request: Data, Event, UPS Logs.
As of this writing what does the system indicate as the internal battery temperature?!? What is the ambient (air) temperature where the unit resides?!?
