Addendum to Ap9606 not online accessible?

Hi all:

I'm setting up a few UPSs with AP9606 management cards and would like to have them get their configurations from a TFTP server. In the Web/SNMP Management SmartSlot Card User's Guide they mention that the instructions to do this are in addendum.pdf that is included in the original utility cd. Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this? Or a guide to setting this form of boot configuration up?
