Hi all,

Need urgent assistance. Tried the default password as per user guide 12345678, still invalid and can't gain access.

Urgent assistance will be highly appreciated!

For the monitoring software, the default user/password is administrator/administrator. 

If you are not able to log in you need to reinstall the software and the password will be the default. for the SNMP Manager default password is 12345678 and you could use the password that I have DM you.  I also suggest sharing the screenshot of where you are trying to type it in.
