Hi Mauro,
There are a couple of action items you may try.
Software: Uninstall the software manager ensuring all related files / DLL’s are completely deleted from the target system.
Reboot the computer and disconnect the Ethernet cable from the UPS. Install the software manager again than connect the Ethernet cable back into the UPS.
Try the default password of 12345678. If that doesn’t work try using all lower case:
administrator
If neither work submit a service request to APC Technical Support.
They may very well replace the card as there are no physical reset buttons on this device. 🤦♂️
