Good Morning,
I came to work Monday morning to a dead computer. It is connected to an APC 1500VA Smart UPS that we purchased from Amazon in June 2023. We unplugged and plugged the unit in but now have the Error Dode: B.04.
Since the Amazon purchase has a 3-year warranty, I’d like to know how to return this unit and get a new one.

Please do let us know how everything turns out once the RMA is completed.
NOTE: Normally a repaired unit is replaced with a refurbished unit. If you need the exact unit back due to asset tracking please make this known. In all other cases a new unit will be shipped out if the equivalent hardware is not available for RMA.

I cannot find any RMA number. I would like a phone call because this website is very tedious and hard to use.
