Hi,
The plunger of the Circuit breaker on the back of the UPS sticks out about 5mm and cannot be pushed in again, it keeps coming out.
Is there a trick to arm the breaker again?
2nd Question:
Is this a Mains (Input) protection or an UPS output (Load) protection?

Your breaker is likely the one on the bottom right ?

This breaker plunger is most likely on the Output for a 1500 UPS (protecting the receptacle bank) but if you can provide the exact model # of your UPS it can be confirmed.
I note that these breaker plungers normally stick out at least 4 mm, and when tripped it would stick out a lot further than 5 mm so are you sure its actually tripped ?
...these are also thermally triggered breakers so if the metal element inside the breaker hasn't reset, or if the overcurrent situation still exists when you try to reset it it will either not reset or immediately trip again...
