You’ll need to provide more information about the problem. Depending upon how the system is configured provide the following logs: Event, Data, UPS.
If the system has an NMC all of the above can be seen and provided. If the system is connected to a computer running APC Power Chute Software the same too.
If you only have the LCD Menu than document or take a picture of the logs and upload the same here.
If the system is monitored by a NMS / SysLog Server than provide that information as well.
NOTE: Please remove the invoice from your post as there’s no reason to provide (PI) information on the public forum.
