APC UPS SRT 5KXLI Management and install software

hi all, 

Now my system using APC UPS SRT 5KXLI , my manager want to me connect it with my network and install programe for manage it.

Please guide me how to manage it and install software for manage it .

Example case : when power off, ups will calculate how long my system can us it by sending an email or message to me : phone and email both.
