Hello sir I have a Apc ups model SRC 2000 

Showing the following error Hot 121

Indicates the unit has risen in temperature as defined and is hot. Reduce the load on the unit. Verify the unit is properly mounted with the required spacing and proper air flow is present.

Verify the fan is not obstructed by dirt, hair, etc. Confirm the room temperature is within the operating temperature of the unit and cooling is present.

Lastly, verify the battery cartridge are fine and show no signs of bulging, leaking, or venting.
