APC Cloud Advanced Subscription Benefits

Hello I am researching to see whether the Advanced subscription for APC Cloud is worth it. I have looked at the difference between the Standard and Advanced subscription especially with the difference in price.

I want to know exactly what does the "Set load-shedding for time-on-battery operations" do, is it like Powerchute where if the UPS is on battery it can send a signal to the servers to shutdown gracefully?

Load shedding means the unit will turn off one of the output banks when the user defined thresholds have been met / present. 

IE: During overload, UPS runtime remaining is less than defined threshold, Power failure lasts longer than defined by you.
