Hi,
The UPS is designed to switch to battery when the incoming AC is out of range. Switching from on line to on battery frequently can and will cause the batteries to discharge. To correct the switching you can adjust the sensitivity and transfer points of the UPS. If that does not resolve the issue you will need to correct the incoming AC to meet specifications.
