APC Symmetra what software

Hi I have a APC Symmetra 12Kva what software can i use to read alarm´s Amp´s volt... so on..

any symmetra comes with a pre-installed network management card that provides this information. you can assign a network address to it and access it via IP. can you check the rear of the symmetra to see if you see an RJ-45 network jack with a model of card such as AP9606, AP9619 or AP9631?

Yes it has. mainly i only have to conect to the card no need for software right!!!!!!!!.

yes, that is correct. you would only then use powerchute network shutdown when you are trying to gracefully shutdown clients attached to the UPS. the network management card in the UPS provides the data you mentioned though.
