APC Smart-UPS XL 3000VA electric doubt

I've got some equipment outside the rack that i would like to connect to the UPS for better protection, since the electricity is very unstable.
The problem that it will be outside, and could be affected by the elements (water). Does the UPS possess some sort of Residual Differential Circuit Breaker built in?

probably not since most if not all of our UPSs are not designed for outside use unless specified. i don't think that'd be recommended to install it outside.
