Lately I'm getting the following alerts:
Environment: A fault no longer exists for integrated Environmental Monitor Output Relay (Int Relay at Int Relay Location).
UPS: An input voltage or frequency problem no longer prevents switching to bypass mode.

UPS: An input voltage or frequency problem prevents switching to bypass mode.
Getting them every few minutes. Attached a log so you can see. Anybody know why this is happening?

you'll need to look and see if the input voltage is fluctuating. what it is saying is the input voltage from your mains supply is going in an out of the bypass transfer range so depending on other settings, if the voltage is out of range and the UPS has to go to bypass, it won't be able to.
this can be reviewed with the data log on the network management card as well.

hello,
what this is telling me is that the Output Relay on your AP9619 (most likely what you have) must be mapped to activate when you have a fault or something like that.
log in via the web UI and go to the Environment Tab->Output Relay and see what you have selected under Mapping and adjust it accordingly. If you don't use the output relay, you can just uncheck all of the events for mapping.

What about the other alert that keeps popping up?
UPS: An input voltage or frequency problem no longer prevents switching to bypass mode.
