We do not offer repair services for SURT Smart-UPS models, and due to user safety we do not recommend opening the UPS either. Having said that, the fan that the SURT5000XLI UPS utilizes (SURT007 is the model number of the hardwire kit, the UPS is likely an SURT or SURTD 5kVA) is a 4.7" DC fan rated for 24VDC, 0.24A input, 3 wires (pin 1 Positive, pin 2 not connected, pin 3 Negative).
