Hello,
Today I bought this device and I realized that Windows 7 doesn't install drivers for USB-Serial Controller, Does this drivers exist?

are you using an APC USB to serial adapter or did you buy your own? what APC serial cable are you using? the part number is usually engraved on the connector.

most USB to serial adapters come with drivers if that's what you are using.
