I hope that you can help me to fix this problem:

I have two APC symmetra Px units type SYCF40KH . Units were for long time in stock. I would like to activate them and to rent them. Problem is with intelligence modules type SYMIM4 . On display is indication "faulty module " for MIM and RIM module. There is no indication of faulty elements in module . Can you please advice me about this problem because i do not think that " all four intelligence modules are faulty" .( or is there any time related software or similar that is causing this error).
