Hello!

I have an UPS APC SURT10000XLI which doesn't answer with right response when I send commands in terminal through the RS232 communication port. It answer strange with "?" and that's it.

Can someone give me a firmware .bin file or a dump file from a working APC SURT10000XLI, please?

Can anybody tell me that my bin file is corrupt? I think it is corrupt, but I need another opinion.

Has anyone a good bin file for Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL   JS0608042041 ?

hello , in your surt10000xli there is an NMC connected? like ap9630/ap9631 ?

- are you using the original cable of APC?

- what parameters are you using to connect the ups with the hyperterminal?
