Dear All,
I want to update the firmware of my device ( APC SMART-UPS RT 5K - SRTG5KXLI ) to get the right firmware for it, i have to have the firmware ID which I couldn't find anywhere.

The (ID) can be found under the About tab. Using the LCD go to Status -> About -> UPS -> Firmware.
You can do the same via the NMC.
About -> UPS 👍
As it relates to updating the UPS firmware while under APC warranty it should be done only if it addresses a bug, security, or feature enhancement.
This procedure should be guided by APC Technical Support live over the phone. ☝️
If this hardware is (NOT) under APC warranty - Stop! Until you receive written (formal) permission to do so. You better have a hot spare available and fully understand how to use X Modem via CLI.
Have an exit strategy if you brick the system while updating the firmware! 🤦♂️
As you can have a perfectly good working system to a completely bricked unit just because you wanted to update the firmware. 🤣

Hello dear friend,
As I mentioned above,
ID of the hardware isn't find anywhere in LCD or via the NMC.
That's why I couldn't find the proper firmware for the device
When I access the about menu I only see this.

When you log into the NMC and go to this tab what does it say?!?
Configuration -> Firmware Update -> Current Version = ID / Firmware

Please upload a screenshot / photo of all the tabs and LCD.
I find it hard to believe none of these tabs / menus show nothing relating to the ID / Firmware.
