According to your logs, it would appear so. While AVR does limit how often it switches to battery due to under/over voltages, the unit will transfer to battery during severe under/over voltages.

Hello Ali,
Does the unit recognize good input voltage? Have you ensured that there is power on that circuit and not just within the facility? Is the unit showing any sort of fault currently? Does the estimated runtime look correct? Do you have any data and event logs to take a further look into this? What caused the unit to transfer to battery in the first place? A proper model and serial number of the unit would also be very useful in further analyzing the situation.
Regards,

thx for replay
yes i ensured that there is power on that circuit , caused the unit to transfer to battery in the first place is that in my country the electricity is not continuing and it is sometimes interrupted and the electricity comes from a second source i think with low voltage
i attached a pic of the data log
regards

Do you have the event log as well to check? Also what is the time frame and exact dates of when it switched to battery so that I may have a reference point in checking the logs. My first reaction to your logs is that I see great variation in your frequency, it is possible that your power quality is poor and the UPS does not want to pass dirty power to your load and is deciding to stay on battery.
Again, the exact times and event log will help because I do not see changes in battery voltages aside from a few instances which is interesting as well.

Is your unit still on battery? I am not seeing that in your event log, but I do see that your AVR is consistently active and you have quite of few power fails consistently. I would call your local tech support for further assistance as the logs you have posted do not not a sustained on battery event.
