Hi Aldochaur,
From what I can tell, this rating certifies that the enclosure at the very least can protect equipment from falling debris such as dirt. It looks like this rating also has a few other types that specify for indoor/outdoor use, as well as protection against water. Unfortunately, APC enclosures do not carry this rating and are intended for use inside a data center or office environment. If you have any further questions regarding this, please post what environment you intended on using it in, so that we can see if there is an APC solution that might work for you.
