Hi Dear,
I purchased a AP7930 for our 60th Hudson Co-location. Now I have a need for a PDU for our one Wilshire Co-location.
Here the power source is different.
The supply is 230 v with stand input plug. We have 10 AMP current now.
I need your help to find out the exact model of PDU required.
Feature wise I am looking for 16-24 plug sockets.
Browser access to power down and Up each Sockets.
From browser see each socket power consumption.
Notify us if we use more than 10 AMP current.
We need to use Dell Power Edge 1850 & 1950 servers.
Thanks.
Nis.

Our options for Switched Rack PDU's @ the 230V input range are:
AP7920 1U, 12A/208V, 10A/230V, (8)C13 outlets
AP7921 1U, 16A, 208/230V, (8)C13 outlets
These Switched Rack PDUs allow you to control the outlets (on/off, set outlet groups, etc.) via a browser, and view current draw via a browser as you requested.
We also have an AP7850 (Zero U, 10A, 230V, (16) C13 outlets) option for the 230V input range but this is a metered PDU, and does not have the outlet control options that the Switched Rack PDUs offer. It will however, let you access the PDU via a browser to view current draw.
I have tried double checking to see if these PDUs are compatible with the Dell Poweredge 1850/1950 servers, and have been unable to find the exact plug type used by the servers. I know the larger 28xx PowerEdge's can use C20 connections...but you may have to check with Dell to confirm the spec on the 1850/1950.
