APC Netbotz 750 keeps on corruption and becomes unavailable every 3 weeks.
This is very fraustrating that I do need to conduct "factory reset" of our Netbotz Device, it is very rare for a monitoring device to corrupt itself from time to time, and cannot be resolved by just power cycle the device.
Is ther any administrators ever encounter the same issue?

I strongly suggest that you reach out to our Technical Support as they would need to investigate this further and would require you to forward the NetBotz log files.
We also need to know what those devices are connected to the device and to which ports are they attached.

Yes since 2022 and firmware update and never solved by APC

Your technical support don' know how to solve the problem. You can write "Netbotz 750" on the "search" and you will notice that we are a lot of companies facing this problem since 2020
