APC NIC AP9640 HTTPS Web Connection Bricked During Setup

Hello,

I have had a problem with two of the five AP9640 cards. During NTP configuration I am disconnected from the web and am unable to web back in.  I receive "connection was reset" on chrome. I can still ssh into the device, and I have;

tried disabling / re-enabling https

tried enabling http

disabling the firewall

All with no success.

I can factory reset, but I am concerned that these devices may have future issues restricting web access.

Slide the battery out of the slot on the card and wait a few minutes. Then replace the battery, reinsert into the UPS, and configure as needed.
