When trying to login to the APC/UPS remotely I keep getting a application error that "someone is currently logged into the APC Management Web Server. Please try later. No one on site is logged in & I really need access remotely. Is there a way to get in.

this can happen sometimes if the card did not log out properly.
web access has the least priority over telnet/ssh or local serial access. the easiest thing to do would be to telnet or SSH to the card and then simply log out to remove the "ghost session" that is there. alternatively, you can reset the network management card by reseating it (power cycle) or pushing the pinhole reset button it once. this does not affect the UPS or device load.
