Hi - I have an older APC 9217.  How do I factory reset the password?

Hi,

Use lower case apc for user name to login in either Hyperterminal or telnet (won't work via the web)

Use the following for password (letters are capitalized)

12;<><

Then you have to log in again but use lower case apc for both user name and password.
