APC 3000 UPS, configuration shutdown NA?

Hello

I have some problems with a APC 3000 UPS, that is acting wierd in the web-interface > UPS > configuration > shutdown.
The dropdowns which i can choose from(Low Battery Duration, Shutdown Delay, Minimum Battery Capacity and Return Delay), are all marked as NA, and i cannot pick other values as normal, do anybody know the solution to this problem?

It's a: Smart-UPS RT 3000XL

I'm using a single network card, and there's no serial or USB cable in the UPS.

APP name and version: sumx, v3.5.5
AOS name and version: aos, v3.5.5

we'd also need to know the exact model of the UPS from the white sticker on the UPS if possible.

Can you get the firmware information on the network card from the Administration -> General subtab and give us the (or a screenshot):

APP name and version (should be a three or four character name and version number)
AOS name and version (should be aos and a version number)

Are you using just this single network card, or do you have any extra accessory single/triple chassis hooked up to the UPS? Is there a serial or USB cable plugged into the UPS? If so, are you using PowerChute Business Edition on an attached server? What is the model and serial # of the network card installed in the UPS?

ipickedawinna, are you saying that the difference is that one is UPSLink and the other is Microlink? In that case, an easy way to tell on the NMC web interface is whether the UPS page names start with "up", ie upshome.htm (upslink UPSes) or starts with a "ul", ie ulhome.htm (microlink UPSes).

It is kinda difficult for me to find out, because the UPS is placed into a Windmill about 4000 Miles away.

I'm having a similar problem with my UPS
it's a SUA2200RM2U with an AP9606 Web/SNMP interface card

Firmware string is as follows.

American Power Conversion Web/SNMP Management Card AOS v3.2.6.b
(c) Copyright 2000 All Rights Reserved Smart-UPS & Matrix-UPS APP v3.2.6.a
