APC 1500 event log issue.

I have issue with APC 1500; keep send notification about Power Restored, Battery Disconnected.

All this happen after upgrade into window server 2012 R2. Previously work great with window server 2003. Using UBS cable

Any help would appreciate.

Hi,

To start - can you please provide the exact model SKU/serial number (or the first six characters of it) of your UPS? We have many varieties of "APC 1500." This information is typically on the back of the UPS with a white sticker.

Also:

Is this the original battery or was it replaced recently? If so, when?
Can you provide a screenshot or copy/paste of the log so we can review it in full?
Confirm which version of PowerChtue software is in use
Confirm any steps taken so far that you may have done
